MOTO RAZR!! Make a Strong Comeback??
Moto Razr, a name which you may possibly be familiar with, once the best-selling clamshell phone in the world, was developed in July 2003, but resulted in heavy losses in the cellular division several years later, seems to make a strong comeback soon.
Date back to Q3 2004, the V3 was released and caused a sensation because of its thinnest profile at the time on a clamshell set. Within a year, it became wildly successful. The most impressive part to me is the very first time I saw a “Matte Black” version on the website due to my personal preference.
Then, Motorola had continually launched no less than 11 diverse versions and had distinct features each. However, unfortunately, after approximate 5 years. These razor-like cellphones was eventually eliminated through competition and stopped production.
Interestingly, Moto released a video with a lot of people holding “RAZR” cellphones on YouTube a couple days ago. Viewers can even see “TTYL” and “2016/6/9” at the end of the video. Apparently, Moto is hinting that RAZR is coming back, and may appear at Lenovo Tech World on June 9th.
We don’t know yet what this new Moto RAZR will look like, or what features it will possess. I believe more information will be coming out on June 9th. Let’s just wait and see.
